Exhibit Books
Exhibit booths are an extremely important aspect of marketing today, and a way to get your product or service the undoubted attention it deserves! To ensure that your company or organization looks like it is a worthy one, you need to make sure that your exhibit looks like one of the best quality booths within the entire exhibition hall. To do this, make sure you have adequate space to lay out pamphlets and other glossy documentation that possible clients can take with them and browse through at home at the own leisure. You need to explain your company’s mission statement, ideas and product services clearly and succinctly within these brochures, as well as on the actual design of the exhibit booth. You need to clearly explain what your company is all about, and stick to your corporate colors when choosing your exhibit booth design, as synchronicity right across the various media you decide to use is extremely important for grabbing ones’ attention in exhibit booths.
Communication is key in exhibit booths, so try and have music playing gently in the background to ensure your booth has a welcoming atmosphere and ambience that makes people want to return to it, and hopefully bring their friends along too! Another great idea is to have your exhibition as an interactive one, where the individuals who come and have a look at it can also take part in the excitement and that way feel a special association and connection to your product in the future. Try and have all your writing in common language and not using jargon and other lingo that applies to the market you are in, so that people can immediately understand what is going on, and won’t just walk away because they don’t know anything about the product you are advertising at the exhibition. The same goes for any questions that the potential clients might ask you about the product, company or organization you are representing at the exhibition – don’t answer them using fancy terminology that they won’t understand – remember you are trying to sell you product, not chase people away.
Before setting up your exhibit booths, make sure that your entire marketing strategy is up to scratch. Show other people in the industry, as well people that don’t have a clue about it, and see what they think and whether or not it appeals to them. You need to decide upon a target market and stick to it. If your exhibit booth is aimed at housewives, perhaps selling a certain kitchen utensil, then make sure that your booth appeals to them. Perhaps even decorate it in the way of an authentic kitchen, so that they feel right at home, and maybe have eats for them to try, that have been created using this product. You need to have the right attitude, and so by steeping into their world, you will immediately build a long lasting relationship with these women, or whoever your target market may be. Don’t complicate the look of the exhibit booths, keep them simple and functional, yet colorful and entertaining enough to attract potential clients.
